Clean Air 2026 – the flagship programme for homeowners

Who it is for: owners and co-owners of single-family homes. It does not matter whether you live in a city or a village – what matters is that the building is a single-family house and that it has (or had) an old, inefficient heat source.

What it pays for: replacing old coal and wood boilers with modern heat sources (heat pumps, pellet and gasifying boilers, gas boilers, district heating connections), thermal insulation of walls, roofs and floors, replacement of windows and doors, and photovoltaic installations. The programme also reimburses part of the cost of the energy audit.

How much you can get: funding is divided into income-based levels. At the highest level – for households with lower income – the programme can cover up to 100% of eligible costs. At the basic level, it still covers a substantial share. The exact amounts depend on your income and the scope of works, and we calculate them for you before you commit to anything.

How the process works: first the energy audit (for the highest funding levels), then the application with the audit and documents attached, then the funding decision, then the works, and finally settlement with invoices. My Heat 2026 – replacing the old heat source

Who it is for: homeowners whose municipality is on the programme's eligible list. The programme targets exactly the buildings with the oldest and dirtiest heat sources.

What it pays for: replacement of old heat sources with modern, low-emission ones – heat pumps, pellet boilers, wood gasifying boilers, gas boilers and connections to district heating. Unlike Clean Air, its focus is the heat source itself rather than the whole building.

My Electricity 6.0 – produce more, waste less

Who it is for: prosumers – people who already produce, or plan to produce, their own electricity from photovoltaics.

What it pays for: photovoltaic micro-installations together with energy storage, heat storage and smart energy management systems. The programme's logic is simple: if you already produce your own electricity, it is better to store and use it yourself than to feed it into the grid cheaply and buy it back expensively in the evening.

How we help: we analyse your real consumption pattern, calculate whether storage pays off in your case (and tell you honestly when it does not), design the complete system, and prepare the application. Warm Home Programme – comprehensive thermomodernization

Who it is for: owners of single-family homes planning a comprehensive thermomodernization – not just one improvement, but a package: insulation, windows, heating and ventilation together.

What makes it special: the funding is partly forgivable – part of the support does not have to be paid back if the project is completed as planned. It rewards doing the job properly in one coordinated project instead of piecemeal over twenty years.

How we help: the programme has strict technical requirements – the planned scope must achieve defined energy-performance results. We verify whether your planned scope fits the programme rules, prepare the energy audit and the application, and coordinate the works so the completed project actually meets the promised parameters.

Building energy audit – the key that unlocks everything

What it is: not a subsidy itself, but the document most subsidies are built on. An audit documents your building's current energy performance and defines the improvements required to qualify for funding.

When you need one: for the higher Clean Air funding levels, for the Warm Home Programme, and for most business and public-sector funding. Even where it is not required, it is the best first investment: it tells you which improvement saves the most money per złoty spent.

Funding for companies & the public sector

Who it is for: businesses, municipalities, schools, hospitals and other institutions that want to reduce their CO₂ emissions and energy bills.

What is available: beyond the national homeowner programmes, companies and public institutions can draw on EU and regional funds for energy-efficiency upgrades, renewable installations, LED lighting, thermomodernization of public buildings and more. The calls for proposals change, the rules are technical – and this is precisely where our strength lies.
