Four ways to help – none of them costs a fortune
A foundation is only as strong as the people behind it
Pozytywni CO₂ is a nonprofit foundation – our surplus does not go to shareholders, it goes back into free advice, education and tree planting. Everything we have achieved since 2022 – over 800 audits, 300 completed investments, an official Clean Air information point – was built with the help of people who simply decided to get involved. Here is how you can help us do more.
1. Use our free advice – and tell others
Every consultation, audit and subsidy application we carry out strengthens our track record and helps us win new grants. And simply telling your family, neighbours and colleagues about us is already real support: every person who replaces an old boiler because they heard about us from you is a measurable reduction in smog.
2. Plant trees with us
Join an Oxygen Trees planting as a family, school class or company team. We provide the seedlings, the site and the know-how – you provide the hands. Each tree absorbs CO₂ for decades, cools the landscape in summer and gives children a lesson they will remember far longer than any classroom. Check the Oxygen Trees project for details.
3. Become a partner or patron
Companies and institutions can co-finance our educational programmes, subsidise energy audits for low-income households, or sponsor a tree-planting campaign. We report publicly on what every contribution achieved – how many audits it funded, how many trees it planted, how many tonnes of CO₂ it will avoid. Partnership with a foundation is also a genuine, verifiable part of your company's environmental responsibility.
4. Volunteer with us
We welcome volunteers for events, information stands, social media and school workshops. Students can complete internships with a real environmental mission – our advisors will teach you how energy audits, subsidy applications and installations actually work. How we are funded – full transparency
The foundation finances its work from three sources: fees for delivered projects (energy audits, installation supervision and documentation), public and EU grants, and voluntary donations and sponsorships. Basic advice about subsidy programmes is always free of charge – nobody will ever be charged just for asking how Clean Air works.
As a foundation, we have no owners and pay no dividends. Any surplus is reinvested in our statutory goals: more free advice for people who cannot afford it, more educational activities, and more trees in the ground. If you support us – as a partner, donor or volunteer – you can ask us at any time what your contribution achieved, and we will answer with numbers, not slogans.
Why your support matters so much: a single subsidised energy audit can unlock tens of thousands of złoty in public funding for a family that would never have applied on its own. A single planting day puts dozens of decades-long carbon absorbers into the ground. Support for a foundation is multiplied – by the subsidy system, by the people we reach, and by every tree that keeps growing after the event is over.
